Participation with a paper
Participation in the conference requires a regular registration fee of 70 euros. Undergraduate students, graduate students/PhD candidates, post-docs pay a reduced fee of: 30 euros.

Participation withoUT a paper
Participation in the congress is also possible without a paper, subject to the payment of the registration fees. The deadline for registration without a paper is May 15, 2026. Your (institutional) postal address is requested.

LATE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FEE
For those who submitted their abstract between 11 and 31 January 2026 (during the exceptionally extended abstract submission period), the regular registration fee is 100 euros (70 euros + 30 euros late submission).
Undergraduate students, graduate students, PhD candidates, and post-docs pay a reduced fee of 50 euros (30 euros + 20 euros late submission).

After May 15, 2026, the regular registration fee will be raised to 100 euros (70 euros + 30 euros late registration fee).
