The train departs every 15 minutes and travel time is about 30 minutes. Tickets can be purchased either at the train station of departure or online from Trenitalia’s website.

Tickets for public transportation (bus and metro) can be purchased at tobacconists, newsstands or vending machines at metro stations.
Ordinary tickets (1.50€) are valid for 100 minutes from the first validation. They allow a single metro trip (even on multiple lines: without exiting the gates to make the A-B-B1 line change; passing through the gates to make the A-C line change), but are valid for unlimited use of tram and buses, as long as they are within 100 minutes of validation.
Depending on the length of stay, 24-hour (7€), 48-hour (12.50€), 72-hour (18€) or weekly (24€) tickets are also available.
For more information on fares and subscriptions, visit the following website.
Metro and bus tickets cannot be purchased on board, so it is recommended to get tickets in advance.
In addition, you can use your contactless credit, debit or prepaid card or NFC-enabled devices (smartphones, smartwatches, wearables, etc.) at the entrance of each Metro station or when boarding buses. For more information, see the webpage dedicated to the service Tap & Go.
